Premium Health Therapies has been a fixture in the Payneham and Marden, Norwood community for over 50 years, and we continue to offer our patients a unique combination of holistic healthcare services. Our mission is to be the best holistic chiropractic and natural health clinic in South Australia.
Our team is led by Dr Dave Pierotti, who began working alongside his father since 2009 and, following his father’s retirement, continues the family tradition of offering patient-centred care designed to identify and correct the underlying cause of your health conditions.
Holistic Chiropractic Care
We take a whole-person approach to health, incorporating several modalities to help restore your body’s innate ability to heal and create wellness from within. Whereas traditional medical models focus on medicine or surgery to treat sickness and avoid death, our holistic approach is focused on creating wellness to enhance life.
Combining both spinal manipulation and extremity adjusting along with applied kinesiology testing allows us to identify specific areas of your body that are out of alignment and correct them. But we don’t stop there! We also use biochemical/naturopathy testing and, based on your specific results, we will formulate remedies, herbs and nutrients in our own in-house dispensary. Your care plan will likely also include remedial massage and/or holistic physiotherapy to augment your healing and reduce pain.

Using our in-depth testing, we find a deeper level of truth about what is causing their problem, and we work with their body to restore its ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
